Allied Title & Escrow

The process was pretty self explanatory and they did provide a good service. However at closing I had to go to the property to grab the keys and it was late at night, also I did not get the key fob for the access into the building, I had fios come to install my internet yesterday that was not installed due to not having access to the building, I work from home and rely upon this, and this will push everything back as well as having my ADt security installed, and this was not right. The closing people kept me waiting a very long time, they didn't explain why I had to wait until I asked them, and the ladies were only pleasant in the end during my signing. I would not recommend them. I was able to get some of the closing credit off from them but frankly I am not satisfied with the level of service.

Very communicative. Easy earnest money deposit via an online transfer. Good communication and free shwag (shirts, hats, mugs, etc) at closing! Also very easy to get to with validated parking or easy access from the Clarendon Metro.
