Nicole Ward never called, provided any information about my closing, and no one bothered to pickup her caseload to inform me that she was out, then Araon (closing agent) was horrible and rude from my 1st interaction when I had to sign payoff to the closing papers. He was irritated because I was reading all my documents. Then I can't recall the name of the person who called me to say I shouldn't have handed over my keys to the buyer before getting the money wired. She told me it was my fault. The list goes on.
