Very seamless and efficient. Best closing experience ever.

EKKO Title was professional, and they processed the paperwork within a reasonable amount of time. The virtual closing was easy to go through.

The closing went well, however we never received a HUD statement in advance and our initial representative was on holiday several days before and on the closing and never communicated her schedule or a back up person with whom to contact.

Very poor experience with EKKO title. We did remote closing and the paperwork they sent was unorganized and it wasn’t clear what needed to be filled out/signed. We ended up "closing" two days late due to EKKO Title's negligence at getting paperwork to seller in advance. Communication throughout the process was subpar/slow. They didn’t provide timely responses to questions and when closing was delayed they did not even have the decency to alert us, instead on closing day when we asked what time closing would be complete, they told us that they were not expected to receive closing documents from buyer until the next day. Found them to be unresponsive and frustrating to deal with. Giving a 2 - because we did finally close. However, would not recommend and would not work with this title company again.

The EKKO Team was friendly, professional, prompt and accommodating. Their offices are attractive, comfortable and convenient. Overall great experience.

Not real responsive, never contacted us and then said they could not get in touch with us! Asked us to decide on a service they would provide and we asked for an estimate. They gave us two options and the next day performed the service without contacting us for a decision. Gave us a hard time when we didn't want to pay for a service we didn't choose. Would never go with them again, and really wanted to use another company right before closing but we decided to stick it out. Very bad at communication and as I said, they NEVER contacted us about anything....they kept contacting our realtor instead.

Did not end up moving forward with the close on this house, Earnest money was returned in about a week.
