Worst experience ever! It's not a professional place to conduct real estate transaction with. First, they had their receptionist working on my case initially. She made mistakes at least 4 times even being corrected by me several times. Then her boss called after the last wrong document she sent and the boss tried to overlook/minimize the mistakes she made and push the case forward. Finally after I was adamant of not working with them even risking delaying the closing, the case was brought up to one of the owners of the company. He called and finally apologized for mistakes an agent shouldn't make, let alone coming from a title company. With much last min stress and scrambling on both sides, my condo was closed on time.
