We are sorry to hear that the seller is displeased with her recent closing experience. Upon our buyer's decision to close at 5 pm on December 21st, we performed our due diligence of notifying all agents as well as the seller's title company, Title Forward, that Fairfax County would be closed December 24th and 25th due to the Christmas holiday. The seller should have been notified by her title company of the disbursement date, time and procedures. We wish this seller the best moving forward.
