Notarize, Inc., is a third party remote online notarization company/platform that we use for online notarization, when clients are unable to come to the office. Notarize, Inc., is used nationwide by many title companies and law firms. As you know, their process does involve verification of identity as well as the requirement to answer certain questions aimed to confirm the competence of the signor. I’m very sorry that your online signing experience did not go as smoothly as you had hoped. We notified them of your complaint and they did acknowledge that they were having some system issues that day. I’m very sorry your transaction was one of the ones that was effected.
