The day of closing went very smooth and quick thanks to the team at Home First. There were no surprises. They respond very well to emails - which is the only way I tried to reach them…The transfer of money to escrow for the earnest money deposit was simple, as was the wiring of money for down payment/ closing costs. They even gave a parting gift on the day of closing! I’d love to work with them again.
