The closing person was very nice and very pleasant to work with. However, it was hard with some of the people there to get a straight answer regarding payoffs, and wiring after we closed. Left me a bit worried regarding if the payoffs will be there in time before the next bill was due. I have worked with other companies and they seemed to have a good ETA on how long things would take, and providing curteous updates.

The email exchange prior to closing was very confusing, asking for things with no explanation, and expecting my response with payment within 2 days or expecting closing delay. Initially, they were only sending email to me not including my agent, I am not a real estate professional what make them think I understand what and why, and why should I even think this is legit, some email from Jaime Banks!! Comparing to my prior several buying experiences, this is definitely in the bottom. I was going to give this title company a 0 rating, the only thing changed all that was because the closing agent, Karen, she was very professional and courteous and turn thing whole thing into a positive experience. So thank you Karen! And stay away from Jaime Banks!
