I had a very bad experience with this company from start to finish. They were unprofessional, difficult to communicate with, and just plain rude. At one point they made a significant tax rate error on the closing paperwork that would have cost me over $1K in extra fees. When I caught the error, their representative tried (very aggressively) to pressure me into signing the incorrect paperwork anyway. After a lot of back and forth, they finally fixed the paperwork and I was able to sign at a later time. I never received an apology for the error or the attitude. There are tons of title companies out there. Don't waste your time on these guys.

Justice Title was good. They did the majority of what they were supposed to and all of the paperwork was handled in a timely manner. After everything was said and done, they had overlooked factoring in the annual taxes into my closing costs, so I received a surprise bill for 6 months worth of property tax. Otherwise, they did an excellent job. I am a first time homebuyer and was overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork...just something that was overlooked. I would use them again, but have a better understanding of what to look for the next time around.
