While their offices are sleek and new, the appointment itself the KVS agent spoke rapid-fire like an auctioneer, and presented the Buyers but not the Sellers with a gift at the end. This felt awkward and in bad taste, given that the Sellers had paid 100% for closing. Either gifts should be provided to both parties or no parties, per etiquette. It was a nice touch that they offered to pay for complimentary Uber service, although this was not made clear up-front so I'd already driven in. The documents were delivered in a weird "body bag" soft-sided vinyl portfolio, which seems not useful and not environmentally friendly. Overall it seems like the office is trying to aim for 5 star service and has the right intentions but fails to come through.
