Title services were customary - it's hard to distinguish the actual service received. The low score is provided for two reasons:
First - I was told I would have to pay $92 to pre-sign my sale documents (if I wanted to skip the in-person closing).
Second - it is the year 2016 -- during the closing, I asked for a "soft copy" (electronic scanned copy) of the final sale documents. I was given a gigantic folder filled with legal paper (8.5"x14") instead. I mentioned I had asked for a soft copy, and asked if it would be emailed to me (since I had to provide my email address several times). I was told that the paper copy was soft (maybe they meant floppy). I told them I wanted a scanned copy, and they said "oh, we don't do that." That is ridiculous.
