Ms. Olevsky was late getting to us with information and paperwork, contacting us late in the day the evening before settlement. She and the process were very rushed. No time to go over the paperwork in a timely manner as we would have preferred. Ms. Olevsky made a large monetary error on the paperwork concerning our settlement. We discovered the error and she did correct it. New to the area where we live now, that evening we had to drive around to different Fedex locations to finally find a full service one to quickly overnight her the signed paperwork. Very unnerving, we would never recommend MBO to other customers.

MBO was great at settlement but it took over 2 months to receive my closing paperwork at closing: Professional service, personable, highly organized, and very clear in process and explanations. Lending services was a bit sloppy but Moira made sure everything was correct and in order before she ever brought it to me (the buyer). She works out any kinks quickly so the process can be as smooth as possible. After closing: It has been two months and I still don't have the paperwork! I have been emailing almost every two weeks asking about my closing documents and lately even trying to offer solutions to how she can send it electronically (dropbox, email). Hopefully I receive it soon.
