Overall really good. Torough, friendly and answered all my questions within a day, responsive via email. They let us use a notary (as opposed to power of attourney) to sign closing documents from afar. My only complaint at al is they did not have docusign so I had to find a scanner (though she did say a phone's photos might be good enough). Also, one document came in from the lender on the day of closing and if she had warned us it was coming we might hve been prepared to print and sign it but my husband was out with the kids for the day and we had just moved so we did not have a printer at home - so it became a bit of a pain. So great service but a bit more difficult (but doable) if one of the parties is not local.
