My questions were never acknowledged by Emmie Estrada. I tried to email, then phone (left voice mail) . No response. I was left to just guess where to send some important , privacy sensitive documents. I also was charged for expedited deliveries without my consent. It should have been my choice to spend extra money or wait for regular delivery. The price was inflated beyond the cost the carrier charged, just a way to pad the bill. The complete lack of communication with me was disrespectful. They obviously have so much business due to the association with Redfin that customer service is completely optional.
