THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!! The lazy person assigned to manage the closing on my house sat on my paperwork for about two weeks without processing anything, and meanwhile kept telling my lender that he hadn't sent in the paperwork, when he had weeks earlier. So my initial expected closing date got delayed. Then, after she was FIRED, her replacement, Denise Parnell, proceeded to DO THE SAME THING for about 4 days, until exactly one business day before I was supposed to close. So, of course it got pushed back AGAIN. Denise was completely unresponsive to my real estate agents (there were multiple people from Redfin trying to connect with her on my behalf). And she never returned either phone calls or messages from me. Then, (yes, the saga continues) their "mobile closer" - meaning they don't actually have employees who meet with you, they contract out for someone to show up at your closing, but they are independent contracts - was an hour and a half LATE to my closing appointment, and showed up WITHOUT the paperwork prepared. So then I had to wait while she printed out the paperwork at the Redfin offices. AND THEN, the next day, there was a bunch of back and forth about my payment, and my earnest money deposit (even thought they had CONFIRMED RECEIPT WEEKS EARLIER), and threats of "cancelling the closing" because their mobile closer hadn't expedited my cashier's checks to them.I have never in my life encountered people who were less professional or less knowledgeable about their own jobs than the people Servicelink has employed. In short, SERVICELINK SUCKS! They made what was supposed to be a joyful exciting experience into a nerve-racking, upsetting and highly stressful experience for me.
