This title company’s electronic site is difficult to use. They are not well positioned to operate in a COVID/remote environment. Their settlement sheets were routinely inaccurate—they said they knew it, but send them anyway. They couldn’t accurately explain costs on the settlement sheet, which arrived just a few days prior to closing, giving us very little time to react. We would not recommend them.

Everything went well with the settlement, but buyer fees of $495 are the highest that I've ever heard of. Since the buyer has no opportunity to shop around for title services, I do not think that it's reasonable to be charging such high fees. Our settlement finished by 12:30 on Friday, the funds were not wired until Monday morning, I am not sure if that's common practice, but I was a little bit surprised that they could not get them out the same day.
