Overall, I am very disappointed in the services I received with this company. I am moving from state to state, and although the representative I worked with helped facilitate my not being present for closing (i.e. sending me a FedEx label via email & all other documents electronically), there were so many bumps in the road that I feel could have been avoided. The settlement statement had to be revised several times per my request, emailed requests had to be repeated more than once and when a response was given, it often was not complete. Finally, the official deed to my new home was sent to my new address and not to the address I specified, as I will not be moving in for some time and didn’t want the deed sitting in the mailbox. Again, I do appreciate how I was able to have a remote closing, but this experience could have been much improved, especially with this being my first home purchase.
