The name "Allen" is very special to the former owners of Tanner Ranch. Allen Sparks is the father of Larry Sparks, he was a hardworking West Texas father that loved to tell stories and loved his family fiercely. We love listening to stories of Allen through his son Larry and we're happy to honor his memories here at Tanner Ranch!

MODEL FLOORPLAN Daisy & Gracie were two deer that were raised on the property by Larry & Leslie Sparks. Larry found the two deer when they were babies, abandoned by their mother. He had fed them with a bottle and built a shed for them off the side of their main house. Daisy and Gracie were one of many cherished pets that the Sparks had over the years of owning the property.
New furnished model opening! Former owner of the property, Leslie, is a lover of nature and all animals. She had Martin houses throughout the property that housed Purple Martins as they migrated to the Austin area every year. Our floor plan, the Martin, is reminiscent of the Martin houses that were once on the property with a high-pitched roof and tall ceilings to to let natural light in, making it a great place to call home.
Gracie & Daisy were two deer raised on the property. Their shelter was near the chicken coop on the west side of the property which was also home to award winning rabbits. Former owner, Leslie, showed rabbits and as a retired teacher, she often volunteered her time with kids in the community to help teach them how to raise their livestock.
