Loren was available at all hours, whenever we had a question or concern. Although our offer was not accepted, he worked enthusiastically and with genuine desire to help us get the house we wanted. Loren did very little work for me - he did not stay on top of the (declining) market and so for much of the time my place was priced incorrectly. I have since gotten another realtor and already in two weeks I've had four times as many views as I got in 4 months with Loren. I would only go with Loren in an up market where you can wait for awhile to sell your place.
