6 Nanny Bay, Hollis, AK 99000

Live your new Alaskan waterfront dream right here! Land is nearly impossible to find near the bigger towns, making this stunning, south-facing 2.7 acre property a rare opportunity. With 230ft of waterfront, new road access, a natural creek, docking potential & no property tax, it offers the dream lifestyle as well as practicality. Watch whales & the ferry glide by - & town is only 40+ mins away. Once a walk-in parcel, this property has become a true gem now that road access is in place. The sunny aspect, sweeping views, peaceful setting, generous lot size, and easy access make it an increasingly rare find. Power is possible if desired - neighboring owners are already paving the way - though many buyers may prefer one of today's excellent off-grid systems for a more independent, self-reliant lifestyle. As homes and land in Klawock and Craig become harder to secure, nearby Hollis is quickly gaining attention. Just a 30-40 minute drive to Klawock, Hollis offers larger properties, a relaxed coastal feel, and a wonderful community of its own. Enjoy river and ocean fishing, scenic walking trails, a well-regarded small school, ferry access, and a public boat launch - all part of daily life here. The land slopes from the road down toward the water, creating elevated view opportunities and a natural sense of privacy. A small creek adds charm, and the shoreline appears to offer excellent docking potential - imagine fishing from your own dock or heading out by boat whenever the mood strikes. Beautiful old-growth cedars, occasional large spruce, berry bushes, and multiple potential building sites give this land a timeless, wild feel. The south to southeast exposure captures the best of the sun, making it ideal for gardening, homesteading, or simply enjoying long, light-filled days. This is a truly special place to build a home or cabin - peaceful, private, and rich with possibility. With breathtaking views and room to create the life you want, it's hard to imagine a better spot to call your own. Property information is believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed.
