Charming mid century home located close to core Auburn downtown and campus. The home is on almost a half acre lot with an expansive backyard for pets or gameday usage. In the last 3 years there have been extensive renovations and updates including new electrical, new windows, HVAC systems, new doors, plantation shutters, total kitchen remodel with custom cabinets, quartz counters, stainless appliances, fireplace inspection with new cap and logs, bathroom remodels with high end finishes and built ins. In the totally fenced rear yard you'll find a new terraced fire pit entertaining area just off the double level deck. This would be gameday central with plenty of rear parking and entertainment space. The basement is handy just off the backyard with a media/bonus room, 4th bedroom, bath and mudroom ideal for pets. Why buy one of the expensive condos downtown when this offers so much more for less on a lovely lot?
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.

NC-14
Neighborhood Conservation District
The Neighborhood Conservation (NC) District is intended to preserve the character of existing neighborhoods and developments under construction at the time of adoption of this Ordinance. It is designed to prevent these neighborhoods and subdivisions from becoming nonconforming under the terms of this Ordinance. This District is also intended to provide for future development of land where a NC District is deemed the most appropriate zoning classification, and a preliminary or final plat for development of the land has been approved by the Planning Commission. It is also intended to provide for in-filling of existing neighborhoods on vacant lots with single family detached dwellings as defined in Section 203 of this Ordinance.; Because there are a number of different lot sizes in the Neighborhood Conservation District, the Zoning Map depicts these various areas with the letters NC sub-designated by a number. The number indicates the minimum lot size in thousands of square feet. For example, NC-20 indicates that 20,000 sq ft is the minimum lot size for the District so designated.
