The TND District is a mixed-use, planned development district. In this district, land uses and development standards are enumerated but still provide the developer with substantial flexibility to create a unique, self-contained community. The purpose of a Traditional Neighborhood Development Zoning District (TND District) is to encourage mixed-use, compact development integrating a variety of land uses within close proximity of one another.
