One-Family Residential District
The R-1 district is designed to provide quiet, low-density areas for single family living and related recreational, religious, and educational facilities protected from all commercial and industrial activity. R-1 district is characterized by single-family homes on large lots, plus certain areas where similar residential development is likely to occur.
