This classic Colonial has everything that makes the style timeless — and everything that makes buyers actually want to live there. The kitchen was done right: quartz countertops, gas range, double convection ovens, a Samsung Smart refrigerator, and two walk-in pantries. Formal dining and a generous living room give you real space for real life. The layout upstairs is one of the best features. The primary suite anchors one end. Two bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bath sit in the middle. On the far end, a large bedroom with its own ensuite works perfectly for guests, in-laws, or whoever needs their own space. Fresh paint, updated lighting, new hardware, modern fixtures — the finishes are clean and consistent throughout. Outside, the deck overlooks a fully fenced backyard. The side-loading garage keeps the front elevation clean. The big-ticket items are already done: new roof in 2024, whole-home generator, and a Vivint security system with cameras and thermostat control. Carriage Creek's community park has a private pond, full tennis court, two pickleball courts, and a half basketball court.

Rock Creek, located between Chenal Parkway and the Arkansas River corridor, is a residential and wooded Little Rock neighborhood with rolling hills and creek-cut greenbelts. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Chenal Parkway and Rahling Road corridor, where polished shopping plazas, patios, and everyday errands cluster in a steady hum of traffic. Nearby, Pinnacle Mountain State Park sets the outdoor tempo with trailheads and big-sky overlooks. The Promenade at Chenal frames the area’s modern retail streetscape with walkable blocks and landscaped courtyards. Homes lean contemporary and traditional, with larger lots and curving streets that follow the terrain. Daily life orbits around parks, river access, and the west Little Rock commercial spine.

R2
Single-Family District
The R-2 single-family district applies to a major portion of the city developed for single-family residences. It is the proper zoning classification for areas of undeveloped land within the city identified as appropriate for single-family residential use and may be applied to undeveloped areas annexed to the city in conjunction with the approval of a zoning plan by the board of directors. This section applies to such district. The purpose of this district is to protect single-family uses in established areas by promoting and encouraging a suitable environment for family life, by providing a reasonable standard for light, air and similar amenities, by minimizing traffic congestion, and by avoiding the overloading of utilities and public facilities designed to service only one-family residential uses. Within the R-2 district, all buildings, structures or uses having commercial characteristics shall be excluded, whether operated for profit or otherwise. Conditional uses, accessory uses and home occupations expressly provided for in these regulations, however, shall be allowed, provided they do not have objectionable characteristics, and provided further that they otherwise conform to the provisions of this chapter.
