Looking for a home that just feels right, this may be the one. From the covered front porch to the welcoming interior, it’s clear this home was designed with care. The living space is warm and inviting, centered around a fireplace with gas logs—perfect for cozy nights and relaxed weekends. Attention to detail is everywhere you turn, including shutters throughout and thoughtful upgrades that make daily life easier. The kitchen truly is the heart of the home, featuring a large island for gathering, stainless steel appliances with a gas range, and an oversized walk-in pantry. A tucked-away office nook is ideal for work or homework, while the locker area off the garage helps keep everything organized. The dining area overlooks a private backyard backing to green space, and the covered patio- a comfortable outdoor retreat. The fully fenced yard offers privacy. A generator hookup adds extra peace of mind. The primary suite feels like a retreat with a tray ceiling, spa-like bath, and a custom closet with built-ins that connects directly to the laundry room. Guest bedrooms are thoughtfully separated for privacy. Neighborhood sidewalks and a pool and park coming soon. This is a must see!

PRD
Planned Residential District
The PRD district is intended to accommodate mixed or clustered residential developments. The legislative purposes, intent, and application of these districts are as follows: To encourage a variety and flexibility in land development and land use for predominately residential areas, consistent with the long-range comprehensive plan and the orderly development of the city.; To provide a framework within which an effective relationship of different land uses and activities within a single development, or when considered with abetting parcels of land, can be planned on a total basis.; To provide a harmonious relationship with the surrounding development, minimizing such influences as land use incompatibilities, heavy traffic and congestion, and excessive demands on planned and existing public facilities.; To provide a means of developing areas with special physical features to enhance natural beauty and other attributes.; To encourage the efficient use of those public facilities required in connection with new residential development.
