John Barrow, located between I-630 and Baseline Road, is a residential and commercial Little Rock neighborhood with mid-century ranch streetscapes and a corridor-style retail strip. The neighborhood’s character concentrates along John Barrow Road near West 65th Street, where auto shops, taquerias, and small storefronts line the traffic flow. Housing mixes brick one-level homes with pockets of apartments and garden-style complexes. The setting reads distinctly west Little Rock, with broad arterials and quick turns into quieter blocks. Daily routines orbit nearby big-box corridors while local errands stay grounded on John Barrow Road.
