Well maintained home, single level with lovely wood floors throughout. Spacious bedrooms, formal living room that features a charming decorative fireplace that creates an inviting focal point and adds character. It is a non-operational fireplace. It has a dining room, and the kitchen has updated appliances. Large family room overlooking the backyard that's about 1.5 acres. Laundry/storage room, double carport. Seller will pay off solar panels at closing and says they have made a difference in the utility bills. Seller says roof was replaced about a year ago and the hot water heater is 2-3 years old. Cute as can be. Hurry to see it
Westwood, located between West Markham Street and I-430, is a residential and commercial Little Rock neighborhood with mid-century ranch homes and wooded, rolling streets. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the West Markham Street corridor near the I-430 interchange, where low-slung storefronts, local eateries, and everyday services set a steady, lived-in pace. Park Plaza Mall serves as a long-running retail anchor with an indoor, classic mall feel. The Arkansas Skatium adds a throwback rink scene that still draws regulars. Nearby, Boyle Park’s trails and open greens shape an outdoors-forward routine. Architecture leans brick, carports, and broad lots, with pockets of apartments along the main roads.

The R-2 single-family district applies to a major portion of the city developed for single-family residences. It is the proper zoning classification for areas of undeveloped land within the city identified as appropriate for single-family residential use and may be applied to undeveloped areas annexed to the city in conjunction with the approval of a zoning plan by the board of directors. This section applies to such district. The purpose of this district is to protect single-family uses in established areas by promoting and encouraging a suitable environment for family life, by providing a reasonable standard for light, air and similar amenities, by minimizing traffic congestion, and by avoiding the overloading of utilities and public facilities designed to service only one-family residential uses. Within the R-2 district, all buildings, structures or uses having commercial characteristics shall be excluded, whether operated for profit or otherwise. Conditional uses, accessory uses and home occupations expressly provided for in these regulations, however, shall be allowed, provided they do not have objectionable characteristics, and provided further that they otherwise conform to the provisions of this chapter.
