2547 Highway 9 S, Perryville, AR 72126

Tucked away on 12.08 unrestricted acres, this newer construction home offers privacy, quality construction, and custom finishes throughout. The 1,200 sq/ft home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with beautiful ponderosa pine interior walls and vaulted ceilings in the main rooms combined with 10' ceilings in the bedrooms giving the space a warm, open feel. Built with 6" exterior walls and spray foam insulation (kept off the exterior metal for easier maintenance), the home is designed for efficiency and durability. The water heater is a heat pump hybrid and is 3-4 times more efficient than a standard electric water heater. The hall bathroom includes a relaxing jacuzzi tub, and the refrigerator, washer, and dryer all convey with the home. About ¾ of the property is fenced, and the land is filled with abundant wildlife while still offering a very private setting. A major bonus is the separate RV pad set up for two RVs, complete with its own septic system, water, and an RV electrical pedestal with 50, 30, and 110 hookups. Sellers also installed a 100-amp electrical box on the north side of the home, ready for a future pool or hot tub. Fiber internet is available here as well!
