The Ouachita River Bend Tract (#03019-03565) is a +/- 40-acre parcel of timberland located in eastern Union County about 19 miles east of El Dorado, AR near the community of Moro Bay (North 33.270532, West 92.328328). According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soil composition of the property is an assortment of silty clay loams that give the tract a weighted average site index of 90 feet for Cherrybark Red Oak (base age 50).
