About this home
Welcome to this beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium offering approximately 1,000 square feet of comfortable living space. The home features a vaulted ceiling in the living room, new energy-efficient windows, new plantation shutters, a new roof, and a brand-new water heater, with an HVAC system approximately 7 years old. The kitchen showcases new quartz countertops. The living area includes an electric fireplace and a built-in TV. A newly remodeled master bath completes the interior. Enjoy peaceful lake views from the kitchen, dining, and patio. The community offers three pools (two heated), two Jacuzzis, three pickleball courts, organized activities and beautifully landscaped grounds. Ideally located within walking distance of groceries, a pharmacy, restaurants, and a bank.
Andersen Springs, located between W Chandler Blvd and N Dobson Rd, is a suburban and residential Chandler neighborhood with a lake-centered greenbelt and looping walking paths. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Andersen Springs lake path near the footbridge, where morning walkers, shaded benches, and rippling water set a calm, outdoors-forward rhythm. Homes lean toward late-20th-century stucco architecture with tidy yards and cul-de-sac streets that keep traffic light. Andersen Springs Park frames daily routines with playground space, open lawn, and courts. For local flavor, The Perch Brewery, SanTan Brewing Company, and Chandler Center for the Arts anchor nearby nights out with craft pours and live performances. The setting stays grounded in parks and water features while downtown Chandler adds a cultural edge.

The Planned Area Development (PAD) zoning designation is intended to accommodate, encourage and promote innovately designed developments involving residential and nonresidential land uses, which together form an attractive and harmonious unit of the community. Such a planned development may be designed as a large-scale separate entity, able to function as an individual community, neighborhood, or mixed-use development; as a small-scale project which requires flexibility because of unique circumstances or design characteristics; or as a transitional area between dis-similar land uses (interface zone). Thus it can be used either as an overlay district to provide flexibility in an otherwise established land use district, or it can be used as an independent district. This zoning designation recognizes that adherence to a rigid set of space, bulk and use specifications contained elsewhere in this Code would preclude the application of the PAD concept. Therefore, where PAD zoning is deemed appropriate or necessary, traditional rigid zoning regulations are replaced by performance considerations to fulfill the objectives of the Chandler General Plan. The PAD zoning designation may be tailored to meet the specific development representations of an applicant, relative to permitted uses, design standards, and other details. Hence one PAD designation may vary considerably from another designation.
