A rare opportunity to own 52 acres of prime farmland with grandfathered irrigation rights. Existing irrigation well has the ability to produce 400 gpm. It currently has a domestic pump but could be upgraded to a high output irrigation pump. With power on the property and located on a paved road this makes for an outstanding opportunity. So much potential for agriculture.
