This townhouse has been upgraded by adding a bathroom to one of the bedrooms creating a true master bedroom. As most of the units in the community have only one bathroom this one creates much more convenience with guests or roommates. Owner has just finished remodeling this unit with a brand new kitchen (including new cabinets, granite counters, and top end appliances), new designer floor and carpet, and paint throughout. Conveniently located by the 101 and Mesa Community College this updated townhouse will not last long!
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
