Off-grid homesteader's paradise on five-acres located in the heart of the Sulphur Spring Valley. The property is supremely private. No through traffic. Expect abundant wildlife, outstanding quiet, and blackout nights. To the east is the Chiricahua Mountains, soon to be Arizona's fourth National Park. To the West is the historic Cochise Stronghold. Site is about 25 min to a gas station, restaurants, & convenience stores. The parcel itself is a blank desert canvas ready for your ideas. No HOA. RU-4 zoning allows for many development options. Build your way. Opt-out of inspections. This is where affordability meets practicality.
