About Westwing
Mountain
Westwing Mountain, located between Lake Pleasant Parkway and the Westwing Mountain Preserve, is a hillside and master-planned Peoria neighborhood with desert trailheads and wide mountain views. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Westwing Parkway and Lake Pleasant Parkway corner, where daily errands and post-hike meetups cluster in a low-slung retail pocket. Stucco homes with tile roofs step along curving streets, and many lots frame saguaro-dotted slopes. Trail access shapes the rhythm here, with routes climbing into the preserve for sunrise loops. Nearby, The 5th Spot Café, Peoria Artisan Brewery, and Theater Works anchor a local, creative counterpoint to the quiet residential feel.
