Custom-built home in the East Alvarado Historic District. One of the last homes in Phx built with original pier and beam construction, and oak hardwood floors. Crown molding and bay window in the living room, molding and wainscotting in the formal dining room. Great floorplan, including a formal entry, and added family room with fireplace.
