Huddled up close to the Mule Mountains you will find the nicest RU-4 Property I have seen in a long time, nice and Flat yet elevated above the San Pedro Valley Looking Down on the Lights of Sierra Vista and un obstructed Sunsets over the Huachuca Mountains to the West. Judging by the interesting decorations along the rd to this land including an Open Range, you have to suspect this is a Off-Grid Community that is enjoying the freedoms to be found in Cochise County and using the Opt Out Building Permit. This property is remote feeling but in reality is a short commute to Sierra Vista with all that town has to offer. Somebody's Dream is just waiting to happen! And what do you know per seller this land Does have Mineral Rights, which is very rare in this County.
