A large covered porch off the kitchen and living room offers cool shade in the summer and covered /dry access in the winter. The cabin is within walking distance of Jenks Lake with row boating, hiking and fishing activities as well as hundreds of miles of hiking trails into the San Gorgonio Wilderness. Big Bear and the much larger Big Bear Lake plus skiing, shopping and restaurants are 28 miles away. Sits on Forest Service Special Use Permit land it cannot be used as collateral for a loan, cannot be used as an air BNB, and may not be used as a primary residence.
