A few minutes outside the village of Arroyo Grande sits this ranch-style home on a gentle sloping acre with views of the surrounding hillsides. This three bedroom home has vaulted, beamed-ceilings in all three rooms and both living spaces, and the front family room has a wood-burning fireplace set within a red-brick frame. The kitchen and bathrooms in their original design are just waiting for the next owner's ideas and designs. The windows were updated and the garage was converted into a fourth bedroom but could be returned to it's original condition if desired. The views out the back are well worth the wait and the possibilities are endless. Check with the county on options for an ADU! Come see for yourself!
