Residential Suburban Combining District
The purpose of the Residential Suburban (RS) combining district is to expand the number and type of permitted domestic agricultural uses within rural residential areas. The RS combining district may be combined with the Estate (E) where the minimum lot size is 21,780 sq ft or larger. The RS combining district may also be combined with the Platted Lands (PL) district, provided, that each lot contains a minimum of 0.5 net acre. The uses allowed and regulations established by the RS district shall be in addition to regulations of the base district with which the RS district is combined. The keeping of animals permitted by the RS district is an accessory use and shall not be established until a primary use is established.
