Residential-Very Low Density District
The RVL zoning district is applied to areas where physical constraints, the protection of natural features, or the preservation of semi-rural character have been identified by the General Plan as important considerations. The RVL zoning district is primarily applied to areas with steep slopes, and where the General Plan intends that the open space character of the City’s hillsides and perimeter lands are to be preserved.
