Welcome to 669 Euclid, a stunning contemporary residence in the Berkeley Hill with breathtaking panoramic views of the Bay. This home features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The main level has been thoughtfully designed with a bright, open-concept layout, with soaring vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room areas. The updated kitchen offers an inviting eat-in space that leads directly to a balcony, perfectly positioned to showcase stunning views of the Golden Gate. On the main level, you'll also find practical amenities: a laundry room, a sizable pantry, and a convenient half bath. Three bedrooms are located on the same level. Two share a jack-and-jill bathroom and one has its own en-suite. Up a few steps, the primary bedroom has a generous walk-in closet and a luxurious spa-like bathroom. Wake up to breathtaking views of the Golden Gate, visible from the entire first floor and from your own private balcony. There are many outdoors spaces: multiple balconies, a terraced garden and a veranda at the top that could be where the hot tub goes... or perhaps an orchard? A detached studio space is ideal for a home office, and a functional two-car garage adds to the convenience of this home. Being on Euclid Ave, you are just a few minutes from North Berkeley down the hill.

Single Family Residential District - Hillside Overlay Zone
The purpose of the Single-Family Residential (R-1) district is to: Recognize and protect the existing pattern of development in the low-density, single-family residential areas of the city consistent with the General Plan; Make housing available for persons who desire detached housing and a relatively large amount of usable open space; Protect adjacent properties from unreasonable obstruction of light and air; and Permit community facilities such as religious assembly uses, schools, parks, and libraries which serve the local population and are not detrimental to the immediate neighborhood.; The purpose of the Hillside (H) overlay zone is to: implement General Plan policies for hillside development; protect the safety and health of residents where steep topography, unusual street conditions and proximity to the wildland-urban interface create severe risk from wildfire; protect the character of Berkeley's hillside areas and their immediate environs; give reasonable protection to views yet allow appropriate development of all property; and allow modifications in standard setback and height requirements when justified because of steep topography, irregular lot pattern, unusual street conditions, or other special aspects of the hillside areas.
