Sitting on top of your own mountain with views of Lake Oroville and surrounding area is a SECLUDED 1440 sq ft home that is unfinished, this is a unique property. All of the basics are here. It has high ceilings, drywall/Taping needs to be finished, plumbing is in need of repair, needs all of the interior finished. On the story that is ground level there is a giant concrete floored, Insulated, room built with laminant beams, could be used for shop, garage, storage. This home has a heating system that is wood, however the heating unit sits outside and is vented into the home. Again very unique. There is some trash on this property, it is vacant and has been for a few years. The home sits on 35.45 acres and there is another parcel going to be sold with it, making the acreage 55.45 acres. Well worth the money. Bring buyers with Motivation and Imagination. Great project. Take a look.

TM
MA
Timber Mountain Zone
The purpose of the TM zone is to preserve Butte County's valuable timber resources and to protect both the economic and environmental value of these lands. Standards for the TM zone are intended to support the growing and harvesting of timber, pulp woods, and other forestry products for commercial purposes. Permitted uses include logging, timber processing, crop cultivation, agricultural processing, and the management of forest lands for timber operations and animal grazing. Extractive uses that are generally compatible with forestry operations, including mining and oil and gas extraction, are conditionally permitted in the TM zone. The minimum permitted parcel size in the TM zone is 160 acres. The TM zone allows for 1 single-family home per parcel. The TM zone implements the Timber Mountain land use designation in the General Plan.
