Multiple Residential Zone

The multiple residential R-3 zone is established for the development of grouped housing, such as townhouses, condominiums, apartments, and mobilehome parks, at gross densities ranging from 4 to 12 du per acre. Accessory uses to support the primary residential use are allowed.
