Don't miss out on this wonderful 4 bed / 3 bath home in the Calavera Hills community of Carlsbad. Spacious home, open floor plan, ready to move in. Community has a pool, spa and parks. This is a great place to live. This one won't last long!
Right now I believe the HOA is only about $1,500 behind. If the short sale lender won't pay the back HOA dues it will be the responsibility of the buyer.
