This is an amazing South Carlsbad location near the intersection of Olivenhain Rd and Rancho Sante Fe Rd in the Preserve of La Costa Valley. Notice the great corner location which gives a wide open feel. Off the busy local connection streets, but close to everything as well. The house has an amazing expansive feel because it is very well designed and laid out. Very usable living room and family room with fireplace. Granite, stainless, two zone A/C and heating, and a fantastic master suite.
Also note the immense back yard big enough for a pool or football game. The community has awesome facilities with a pool, gym, rec room, tennis courts and more!
