About this home
Superb 1 acre building lot on one of North Chico's premier streets. The original home was burned in the park fire, was a 2300 sq ft 4 bed 3 bath with a 2 car garage, the property has been cleared per Butte County requirements, the lot is split by Sycamore Valley rd, note the adjacent property to the south as to what could be done. Nice concrete deck overlooking the creek, well seems to be in tact, has not been tested
Such a special place!!! Huge lot with creek frontage to enjoy Rock Creek year round. Large 4 bedroom 3 bath home (2 masters!!) with formal dining room, spacious kitchen, living room & family room, built in bar, free standing wood stove, & attached 2 car garage. Lots of outdoor entertaining areas to enjoy the beauty of being on the creek. RV, boat parking etc.

VLDR-2.5
Very Low Density Residential-2.5 Zone
The purpose of the VLDR zone is to allow for single-family homes and related uses in residential neighborhoods within the county. Standards for the VLDR zone are intended to preserve and protect the character of existing neighborhoods and to ensure that new residential neighborhoods provide an appropriate transition from rural to more developed areas. Permitted residential uses in the VLDR zones include single-family homes, small residential care homes, accessory dwelling units, animal grazing, on-site agricultural product sales, and private stables. The VLDR zone also conditionally permits non-residential uses compatible with a residential setting, including public and quasi-public uses, golf courses, park and recreational facilities, personal services, animal-keeping, large residential care homes, and medical offices and clinics. The minimum permitted parcel size in the VLDR zone is 1 acre. The VLDR zone implements the Very Low Density Residential land use designation in the General Plan.
