Very Low Density Country Residential Zone
The purpose of the VLDCR zone is to allow large lot single-family homes and related uses in existing residential neighborhoods that are adjacent to or surrounded by areas with uses of a different type or residential uses of a different density. Standards for the VLDCR zone are intended to preserve and protect the character of existing residential neighborhoods.
