With 5 bedrooms /3 baths & approximately 3205 square feet on a .48 acre lot, this is a great big Westside home! There are wonderful entertaining areas, extra large scale secondary bedrooms, and a flex space ideal for an office or exercise room. The interior has been refreshed with new flooring throughout, fresh paint in a current palette, and lots of new lighting that has a contemporary feel and is energy efficient. The rear yard has a pool, large lawn, and ample entertaining areas. An impressive variety of mature trees provide shady areas and privacy. The drive up Del Amigo Road toward the Las Trampas Ridge, past a parade of immaculate homes adorned with American flags on the mailboxes, may be one of Danville’s most impressive stretches. The neighborhood is alive with a constant flow of dog walkers, bikes, and kids on scooters. It is on the edge of downtown and a two minute E bike ride to Danville’s finest restaurants and boutique shops. Want to get your exercise on? The Iron Horse trail is a few blocks away if pavement is the choice; Las Trampas trailheads are equally close if dirt underfoot,or underwheel, is preferred. The schools in the catchment area are among the most desired in the SRVUSD. The District itself is considered one of the State’s best.
