Probably the most used room is the side patio and lawn, from where you look out over Rancho Del Mar to the southwest into a significant view of Sun Valley. The master bedroom overlooks the same part of the valley. One of the most important things we have come to appreciate is the convenience and comfort of our home. This home has been a perfect blend of living in an urban environment with a rural setting. Although very close to urban amenities, it is secluded and peaceful.
