Finally! A truly Move-In ready home on a quiet street with quick access to freeways, schools, shops and restaurants. Pride of ownership is evident everywhere you look. The kitchen has new, all stainless appliances, a touch activated faucet, granite counters, maple cabinets, and a subway tile back splash. But they didn’t stop there with new laminate flooring throughout, new storage system in the spacious master closet, dehumidifier fans in both bathrooms and a completely remodeled master bath, all leave you with virtually nothing left to do on this beautiful home. You’ll be comfortable year round with new dual pane windows, an upgraded furnace, energy efficient central A/C unit, and it won’t break the bank to maintain because the home is Cal. Certified for sustainable energy. More energy efficient upgrades include LED lighting throughout, R40 insulation, a tankless water heater, and a water conditioner/filtration system for entire home. As you walk past the living room and dining rooms through the french doors with enclosed blinds, you arrive at your large patio and back yard, great for families, pets, or entertaining! Out front is your large two car garage with lots of room and storage and you can rest easy because the entire sewer line has been replaced.

Residential Single-Family Zone
The General Plan designates residential land use classifications intended to accommodate various densities of residential development within the city. It is the intent of every residential zone established in this title to implement these goals and objectives. The various residential zones contain development standards intended to achieve General Plan goals and objectives by regulating residential development within specific density ranges. No residential subdivision or residential development shall be authorized which exceeds the density provisions of the underlying General Plan land use classification. See Chapter 17.220 for density bonus regulations related to affordable housing projects.; For the purpose of this title, residential density is expressed as dwelling units per sq ft of net lot area. However, it may also be expressed as dwelling units per acre of net lot area. Net lot area is calculated by subtracting all portions of the lot, or lots, which have been proposed to be dedicated for public rights-of-way.
